Each consultant is fully supported with a Resource and Administration team ensuring that they are completely facilitated to meet the needs of those they are dealing with.

Comprehensive information regarding role, opportunity and environment is provided as part of every briefing. Full details of the clients’ recruitment process and even details of the interview itself are passed on where appropriate. We aim to ensure all candidates are as prepared as possible for the non-technical and ‘softer’ assessments of the interview process which often carry as much weight in the interviewer’s perception as the technical elements.
